Booking the mobile vision team

The first step to the onsite visit is booking our mobile vision team. Schedule your time, date, location, and estimated amount of participants. Once your onsite visit is booked, our onsite event coordinator will send you a customized link and flyer so you can promote your event.  

Planning and logistics

Our team will take care of online registrations, logistics, vision insurance eligibility, and eye exam appointment confirmations. We set up the whole onsite visit process for a stress-free and fun day of eye care.

Setup

The Optical Academy Van and mobile vision team arrive to set up inside your location to provide eye exams, contact lens fittings, and offer a variety of 500+ eyeglasses to choose from. After your eye exam, you have the option to purchase our frames which will then be shipped to your school, worksite, at home or your community event.

What happens during an onsite visit?

Once the process of booking and planning is done, we set up our equipment at the location of your establishment with all of our state-of-the-art equipment. Once we set up, we provide mobile vision care in the comfort of your location.
